Carwow chooses Direct Affinity Europe as customer connection provider for another year

Direct Affinity Europe are experts in customer connection working with a number of key automotive brands like Ford, along with leading retailer groups, such as Vertu, Lookers, Marshall Motor Group and Waylands, speaking with over 2.5 million car-buying consumers every year.

They cover all areas of the retail automotive sector, providing customer support and insight via a unique combination of their 60-seat Business Development Centre in the south of Tenerife, and their in-house customer contact software, GENBA, that turns omni-channel communication into a customer conversation within 30 seconds.

Building on the 12 months that Direct Affinity Europe have been working on carwow’s listing and car selling platform, providing help and assistance to consumers who are looking to sell their car, the two companies have announced that they have agreed a further year-long partnership.

The listing service, which is a free and easy way to get 3000+ dealers all over the UK bidding on a consumer’s car, has gone from strength to strength in the year it’s been live, and now has thousands of cars available on it every week.

The Direct Affinity Europe team play a critical role as “concierge” to customers using the facility, cataloguing the vehicles, providing accurate and fair assessments of where to pitch the pricing of the car, while also ensuring that the consumer has complete confidence in the service and an understanding of what they can expect from it.

Joana Fernandes, Operations Director from carwow said: “Direct Affinity Europe have worked with us from the introduction of our car-selling service. They’ve been a great partner, using their automotive customer service experience to help us shape the consumer experience, making it easy and enjoyable to use.”

“They have also been able to use their GENBA software and systems to provide additional insight to help us build a comprehensive picture of where we can look to improve the outcome for all parties. We look forward to driving things forward over the coming months, helping to make carwow the leading platform of its kind”

Phil Williams CEO of Direct Affinity Europe added: “We’ve been delighted to have worked with an incredible brand like carwow on this innovative proposition, helping them shape the customer journey. We have a great deal of experience of working with automotive retailers and we see the carwow partnership as a brilliant way of qualifying and connecting used car sellers with retailers in a manner that ensures both parties get the best of outcomes.”
