According to the forecast from the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET), the Canaries will have generally clear skies this week with some low clouds on the northern coasts of the islands in the early hours of the morning, and continued haze at altitude.
Temperatures will be the same as now at the start of the week, but maximums will increase from Wednesday bringing a ‘mini summer heatwave’ leading up to Easter week (Semana Santa) with more intense haze in the eastern islands and Gran Canaria.
Following the change in the clocks this weekend, sunset time tonight will be at 8:22pm.
