A 38-year-old man was killed this morning after plummeting from a communications tower he was working on in the south of Tenerife. Despite the swift response of the Canarian Emergency Service (SUC) team, the man could not be saved and succumbed to his injuries at hospital.
The Emergency Services Coordinating Centre (CECOES) received an urgent call requesting medical assistance for a worker who had fallen from a tower located on Calle La Borda in the town of Adeje.

They quickly transported him to the Hospiten Sur Hospital in Playa las Americas, where tragically, his life could not be saved, and he died from his injuries.
