Three people have been injured in an accident on the GC-1 motorway near Telde in Gran Canaria, after several vehicles were involved in a collision leaving one of them on its roof, that blocked the road for almost an hour.
The accident happened yesterday afternoon on the GC-1 in the direction of Las Palmas by the junction for Telde and caused long delays as the road was completely blocked.
CECOES dispatched the relevant emergency resources to the area and three people needed to be attended to, two of whom had to be taken to hospital for further treatment.
The emergency services worked for more than an hour at the scene according to the emergency services report, attending to the injured, diverting traffic, and clearing the car from the motorway.
