The Canary Islands are forecast to have more rain this weekend, starting today (Friday), according to the Spanish Met Office. The latest forecasts show it will be mostly cloudy over Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, and the northern parts of Tenerife and Gran Canaria, with light and occasional showers.
In inland regions of the larger islands, this afternoon is expected to bring more cloud cover, and locally moderate showers, whereas other areas may have intermittent clouds with a low chance of light rain.
Temperatures are expected to remain stable, and winds will be moderate from the north or northeast, decreasing in intensity by the afternoon.
