The most expensive street for purchasing property in the Canary Islands is located in the municipality of Adeje, in the south of Tenerife. According to a study by Idealista, homeowners on Avenida de la Macaronesia are asking for an average of over 5.66 million euros per property.

Idealista’s latest report highlights the significant demand for high-end real estate in Tenerife, making it as the top location in the Canary Islands for this type of property.

However, when looking at Spain as a whole, the most expensive street is found in the Costa del Sol, in the Coto Zagaleta urbanisation in Benahavís, Málaga. Here, property owners are asking for an average of over 12 million euros per home.

The second spot in this exclusive ranking goes to Paseo de la Marquesa Viuda Aldama in La Moraleja, located in the Madrid municipality of Alcobendas, where the average price per home reaches 11,324,500 euros. Third place is occupied by the Lomas Marbella Club urbanization on the Costa del Sol, with an average property price of 9,472,900 euros.

Following closely, the fourth position is held by Avenida Supermaresme in Sant Andreu de Llavaneres, Barcelona, with an average price of 8,925,938 euros. In fifth place is Calle Pez Austral in Marbella, where buying a home requires an average expenditure of 8,925,000 euros.

The Costa del Sol continues to dominate the list, taking the sixth position with the A-397 road in Benahavís, where the average price is 8,869,524 euros. In seventh place is the Sierra Blanca urbanisation in Marbella, with homes averaging 8,361,048 euros, followed by the Cascada de Camoján urbanisation, also in Marbella, where properties cost an average of 7,917,344 euros.

The list extends to Mallorca, where Calle Binicaubell in Palma ranks ninth, with an average property price of 7,622,727 euros. The top ten closes with Calle Osa Menor 2g in Marbella, with homes averaging 7,581,132 euros.

Obviously, this report only shows the average prices, and those that have been listed on Idealista. However, there are properties in the these areas changing hands for up to double these average prices in some areas.
