The Canary Islands airline Binter has announced the launch of six new routes from Tenerife North Airport (TFN) starting in 2025. The new connections will link Tenerife with cities in mainland Spain and an international destination in the Azores.
Additionally, Binter will increase the frequency of its Tenerife North to Jerez de la Frontera route, adding a new flight to bring the total to three weekly connections.

Expanding Connectivity
Binter is aiming to consolidate its network of external routes. The new programme will see a 48% increase in seat availability, surpassing 838,000 seats on direct connections from Tenerife.
The airline also highlighted that the arrival of its new jet aircraft will enable a 75% expansion in destinations served directly from Tenerife. This move is expected to boost visitor numbers from new markets and strengthen the island’s tourism sector.
The expansion is the result of collaborative efforts between Binter and the Cabildo de Tenerife, through Turismo de Tenerife, to strengthen Tenerife North as a key operational hub. The network of external routes is set to grow by 67%, reflecting the significant investment in connectivity for the island.
