Police have launched an urgent appeal for information regarding a missing 28-year-old British man who flew to Tenerife earlier this month and has not returned home.
The man, named only as Gerallt, was last seen leaving his home in Llandudno, North Wales, on 4th July. He is believed to have flown from Manchester Airport to the Canary Islands on 7th July, but failed to board his scheduled return flight on 12th July, according to the airline.
North Wales Police say they are "becoming increasingly concerned" for his welfare and are working with the Canarian authorities and the British Embassy in Tenerife as part of the ongoing investigation.
Gerallt is described as being around 5ft 8in tall (1.70m), with short black hair. At the time of his last sighting, he was wearing a navy-blue tracksuit and black trainers.
In a statement on their West Conwy Coastal Facebook page, a police spokesperson said: “We are urging anybody who may know of his whereabouts, or for Gerallt himself to make contact to let us, or his family, know that he is safe and well.”
Anyone with information is asked to contact the authorities in Tenerife by calling 091, or North Wales Police directly.
