Three sailboats are currently being tracked crossing the Atlantic Ocean which either departed from, or passed through, the Canary Islands during the past week. In addition, there is another boat with the British flag that arrived in Cape Verde last Monday, according to the AIS (Automatic Identification System), which records the position of every vessel 24 hours a day.
It should be clarified that, despite its mandatory use, not all boats have this system on board (for example military boats), but its use is highly recommended to avoid collisions.
The verification of the routes followed by these, and other vessels, has already been carried out by Guardia Civil investigators assigned to the case, since they may be essential to find out whether the theory of a transferral to a bigger boat from his speed boat, by Tomas Gimeno and his two daughters, is reality or not.
Following this line of investigation is not in vain as Tomas Gimeno is known to be an expert navigator and has contacts in South American countries, such as Peru, but to carry out this kind of action inevitably requires the help of at least one accomplice.
BLOOD ON BOAT IS FATHERS:
Police investigators have confirmed that the traces of blood found on Tomas Gimenos boat, is his. Everything indicates that it is the result of breaking a back window in his Audi car, which was found dumped at the port before he left on his boat, but there is no indication as to how or why the window was broken at this moment in time.
VIDEO OF ANNA AND OLIVIA GOES GLOBAL:
Yesterday the mother of the two missing girls, Beatriz Zimmermann, released a video of her daughters with a message encouraging people to share it as much as possible so that it reaches as many people as possible, as she believes that her ex-husband and her daughters could easily be on their way to, or already in, South America.
Just before the release of the video, she issued a statement saying that she was convinced that the girls were still alive, and that sooner or later she would see them again.
