Regarding Gran Canaria, the incidence rate over 7 days fell below 50 cases for the first time in two months yesterday at 49.2 per 100,000 inhabitants, and today has dropped further. The rate has been above that threshold since January 1st, except for one day on February 20th, when it scored a rate of 47.7, and the curve began to decline on April 11th, and in addition to this, Las Palmas is no longer the most infected city in the Canary Islands as there are now more active cases in Santa Cruz in Tenerife.
