A new Atlantic front linked to a series of storm systems northwest of the Iberian Peninsula is set to bring more rain, wind, and even freezing conditions on the highest peaks of the Canary Islands. However, the most significant impact will be rough seas along the coasts.

In response, AEMET has issued a series of yellow weather alerts covering the entire archipelago over the next few days.

All islands will be under yellow alert for dangerous sea conditions tomorrow, with the possibility that the alert may be extended into Sunday.
