Sunny in the south, showers in the north, cloudy this afternoon

Cloudy skies, sunshine, and the possibility of light and occasional rains in the north of the islands are forecast this Tuesday in the Canary Islands, where the winds will be from the northeast, and will get more intense in the afternoon, according to the latest forecast from AEMET.

In the sea, there will be a northeast wind of force 3 or 4 on the north coasts and it will reach 6 offshore, on the northwest and southeast coasts. There will be locally strong swell on the northwest and southeast coasts with waves up to 2 metres high, so caution is advisable if going in the sea, and make sure to check the colour of the flag on the beach you are on.
