Authorities and family members are searching for Liam Hannigan, a 34-year-old British holidaymaker from Manchester, who has been missing in Tenerife since last Friday, 7th February.
Liam, who was on holiday with friends, was reportedly last seen at Dreamers Bar in Los Cristianos, and his family reported him missing after three days of no contact.
He had been staying with a group of friends at a property in La Asomada, but his bank card and passport were later discovered at the home of family friends in Los Cristianos, raising further concerns about his whereabouts.
Liam is described as being 1.90 metres tall, of slim build, with a full beard and tanned skin. He has a tattoo on his chest that reads "Family First" and a small letter "A" on his wrist.
Speaking to The Sun, his sister, Ellie, revealed that she last spoke with him on Friday, but her final message to him went unanswered. "If he wasn’t talking to me, he would usually be in contact with one of our other sisters or our mother," she said.
In response to his disappearance, a public appeal has been launched through the SOS Desaparecidos platform, and details have been widely shared on social media. There has been an alleged sighting of him on CCTV but this has not yet been confirmed by the authorities.
Authorities and volunteers continue efforts to locate him, urging anyone with information to come forward.
