Clear and sunny skies across the Canary Islands this Thursday

According to the State Meteorological Agency (Aemet), the Canary Islands will have clearer skies, with some light clouds in places, and higher maximum temperatures today (Thursday) across the archipelago. Winds will be light to moderate from the north and northeast reaching 30km/h, or Force 5 to 6 out at sea.

In the north and east of the islands, this will be force 3 to 4 at the coast, with a strong up to 2 metres making sea conditions tricky. It will be calmer in the south and west where a swell of one metre is predicted with variable waves and some light rain in the early hours of the day. Rain is forecast this weekend.
