The TSJC does not endorse the curfew in the Canary Islands
The Contentious-Administrative Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of the Canary Islands has rejected maintaining the curfew in the archipelago, and the perimeter closure with the limitation of entry and exit of people in those islands that are in Levels 3 or 4.
Likewise, it supports the limitation of a maximum number of people in family and social gatherings who do not live together in public and private places, both indoors and outdoors, as reported by the TSJC.
