Spain will resume vaccination with AstraZeneca from next Wednesday
The Minister of Health, Carolina Darias, announced at a press conference yesterday afternoon (Thursday), after the meeting with the autonomous communities in the Inter-territorial Council of the National Health System (CISNS), that Spain will resume vaccination against Covid-19 with the AstraZeneca vaccine from next Wednesday.
The presentation by the vaccine experts that advise the Government and the Public Health Commission will meet during this weekend, to examine the position of the European regulatory body and decide if the vaccine is not administered to a specific group after the thrombotic side effects claim.
