The Prime Minister, Pedro Sánchez, has announced today (Friday) that Spain will participate in a general test of the European Union Covid digital certificate from June 7th, which will facilitate mobility among European countries. He also highlighted the good evolution of the vaccination plan and insisted on linking it with the economic recovery of the country.
Sánchez explained that Spain has participated in all the pilot projects of the European Commission for the implementation of the Covid digital certificate that is expected to be in force from the beginning of July.
But before its final implementation, he said that Spain is going to be among the countries of the European Union that are going to carry out a general test of this certificate as of June 7th, a test that has ensured that it will be decisive to it before the summer kicks in.
SCS app will have Digital Green Pass on it for travel:
The Ministry of Health of the Canary Islands has reported that 68,409 people have registered in miSCS, the portal of personalized digital health services for users of the Canary Islands Health Service (SCS) which can be accessed both via the web and through their mobile applications. In the last month, the portal has registered 207,362 consultations, of which 116,860 have been via the web and 90,502 through the myHistory app, with a daily average of 7,150 accesses.
The miSCS service integrates miHistoria, which gives access to the electronic medical record of the patient and their reports from both the SCS and other autonomous communities, if any. In this service, you can currently download the vaccination card against Covid-19 and will also host, when it’s ready, the EU Covid-19 Digital Certificate for travel that proves if you are vaccinated or if you have a negative PCR or immunization for having recovered from the virus.
The app can be accessed from the SCS website or through the iTunes or Play stores, and as it contains highly secure information, it requires registering with a digital identity, which can be obtained through a digital certificate or the Cl@ve system at www.miscs.org, where the steps on how to register are detailed.
