The weather forecast for today, Wednesday, shows it will be generally cloudy in the north of the islands, while in the rest of the areas they will have an overcast start to the day, but will be with unchanged temperatures and winds from the northeast with some strong intervals.
Swimmers are advised to take care today as there will be large waves on the north coasts, and strong swell on northwest and southeast coasts between 1 and 3 metres. According to the forecast from the State Meteorological Agency (AEMET), winds will be from a northerly direction up to 30km/h in places, and will be stronger at the peaks of the more mountainous islands.
