The Granca Live Fest has confirmed its final line-up for 2026, with major international acts including Lauryn Hill, Juan Luis Guerra, Omar Courtz and Maroon 5 completing the bill. In a significant update, organisers have also announced an additional day on Sunday 5th July to mark the festival’s fifth anniversary, extending the event to four days of live music.

The festival will take place from 2nd to 5th July at the Estadio de Gran Canaria, bringing together a mix of global stars, Spanish pop favourites and emerging urban artists. It remains one of the biggest summer music events in Spain.

Opening night: Lauryn Hill

The festival kicks off on Thursday 2nd July with Lauryn Hill, a five-time Grammy winner and one of the most influential figures in contemporary music. Known for her landmark album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, her performance is expected to set the tone for the weekend.

She will be joined by popular Spanish acts including Dani Fernández and Viva Suecia, alongside rising names such as PtaZeta.

Latin icons and urban sounds

Friday 3rd July will be headlined by Juan Luis Guerra, a global icon of Latin music with a career spanning more than four decades. With over 30 million records sold and multiple Grammy and Latin Grammy awards, his shows in the Canary Islands are known for their vibrant atmosphere.

Also performing that day is Omar Courtz, one of the fastest-rising names in Latin urban music, alongside artists such as Lola Índigo, Danny Ocean and Carlos Rivera.

Star-studded Saturday

Saturday 4th July features a strong Spanish line-up led by Alejandro Sanz, Aitana and Dani Martín, as well as Grupo Frontera. The day highlights the continued appeal of Spanish-language pop and crossover acts.

Anniversary finale with Maroon 5

To celebrate its fifth anniversary, the festival adds a special closing day on Sunday 5th July, headlined by Maroon 5. Fronted by Adam Levine, the band is one of the most successful pop acts of the 21st century, with hits including Moves Like Jagger, Sugar and This Love.

The final day will also showcase local Canarian talent, reinforcing the festival’s commitment to supporting home-grown artists.

Importantly, anyone with a three-day pass will be able to attend the Sunday event at no extra cost.

Tickets and impact

Tickets and multi-day passes go on sale tomorrow, Wednesday 18th March, at midday via the official festival website.

Since launching in 2022, the Granca Live Fest has grown into the largest music festival in the Canary Islands. Across its first four editions, it has attracted more than 225,000 attendees from 50 countries, generated an estimated €95 million for the local economy and created over 6,000 direct jobs.

With its 2026 edition, the festival continues to strengthen Gran Canaria’s reputation as a leading destination for international live music.
