The skies of La Palma were lit up last night by 50 drones who gave a spectacular display above El Paso, moving into different coordinated shapes including a silhouette of the island, an emotional moment experienced by thousands of residents on their balconies and roof terraces.
The display took place between 7.30pm and 8.30pm last night (Saturday), designed and executed by Drone Services Canarias and Flock Drone Art, who orchestrated the show dedicated to both those who have been affected by the eruption, and those who have collaborated in the emergency on the island.
