The Radisson Hotel Group will open its first complex in Lanzarote at the end of this year, the old Coronas Playa hotel (above) in Costa Teguise. With this one, they will have three hotels in the Canary Islands, as they already have two in Gran Canaria, the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa in the town of Mogán, and the Radisson Blu Gran Canaria, in the town of Patalavaca by Arguineguin.
The whole resort, which is only metres from the beach, will undergo a major renovation and rebrand, and the resort will open its doors under the "Radisson Blu" brand, with more than 200 standard and superior category rooms. The hotel group says that it will also have three restaurants: the main buffet-style one, an Italian à la carte, and a beach club.
In addition, the "Radisson Blu Resort Lanzarote" will have four different swimming pools and large garden spaces, as well as a fitness room, and will be managed by the Canarian Hospitality group once it is open.
