A man was killed yesterday morning (Monday) in a car accident on the LZ-10 road near the municipality of Haría in the north of Lanzarote, as reported by the 1-1-2 emergency services.
The accident happened around 4:20am when the car, for reasons yet unknown, veered off the road and crashed into a wall. The driver, who was the sole occupant of the car, was found dead at the scene.
Emergency medical teams arrived quickly but found that the man had sustained injuries incompatible with life, and they could only confirm his death.
Authorities are currently investigating the cause of the accident, which remains unknown at this time.
