Covid update: 95 new cases and one death in Level 1 Gran Canaria today

The latest data from the Ministry of Health reports of 95 new cases in the Canary Islands today of which 51 are in Tenerife, 17 are in Lanzarote, 14 are in Fuerteventura, 12 are in Gran Canaria, 1 in El Hierro and none in La Palma and La Gomera. There has also been one Covid related death in Gran Canaria meaning 334 people on the island have lost their lives to the virus.

Following the announcement of the levels changes after the Governing Council meeting this afternoon, the Ministry of Health has published the updates on their website which means they come into effect from midnight tonight. The levels for each island are now as follows:
