This weekend will be mostly cloudy or overcast with rain in all of the islands on Friday and Saturday, but there should be some respite with sunny spells on Sunday although temperatures won’t go up much.
The cold nights are continuing thanks to a Dana in the Atlantic which is bringing the mixed weather to the islands, with highs of just 21°C and lows of 12°C at the coast, and less in land at altitude.
Most of the rain will be in the form of showers, but more frost, snow, and ice are expected above 2,000 metres, particularly in Tenerife and La Palma. Sunset this weekend will be at 6:52pm.
