Mostly clear skies and light winds across the Canaries this Saturday
The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) forecasts mostly clear skies and light winds across the Canary Islands this Saturday, with little change in temperatures and calm sea conditions.
According to AEMET, the weather will remain generally fine throughout the day, with some early morning cloud giving way to clear skies. By the afternoon, cloud cover is expected to increase slightly on the eastern slopes of Tenerife and Gran Canaria.
Winds will be light and mainly westerly, becoming stronger in higher areas and turning into gentle breezes along the coasts. Temperatures will stay largely unchanged, although some areas may experience a slight dip in the early morning minimums.
At sea, conditions will remain calm, with variable winds of force 1 to 4, slight or smooth seas, and a northwesterly swell of between 1 and 2 metres.

Mostly clear with some early clouds. Temperatures steady or slightly cooler. Light variable winds, mainly from the west.
Temperatures: Minimum of 22°C and maximum of 26°C.
FUERTEVENTURA:
Mostly clear skies with some early intervals of cloud. Temperatures little changed or slightly lower. Light variable winds, mainly from the west.
Temperatures: Minimum of 21°C and maximum of 27°C.
GRAN CANARIA:
Generally clear skies, becoming cloudier in the east during the afternoon. Temperatures unchanged or slightly lower. Light westerly winds with coastal breezes.
Temperatures: Minimum of 23°C and maximum of 26°C.
TENERIFE:
Mostly clear skies with some early clouds, increasing in the east later in the day. Temperatures stable. Light westerly winds, stronger on the peaks, with breezes along the coast.
Temperatures: Minimum of 22°C and maximum of 27°C.
Overall, a pleasant and calm day is expected across the archipelago, ideal for both residents and visitors to enjoy outdoor plans before the weekend ends.
