More rain forecast in the Canary Islands today especially in Tenerife

The State Meteorological Agency (AEMET) are forecasting cloudy intervals and some light rain and showers for today (Wednesday), which will be more prevalent on the islands of greater relief, especially Tenerife.

Temperatures will mainly be the same and a light to moderate wind from the northwest across the islands, that will turn later in the day from the north and will intensify slightly.

As for the sea, they are forecasting wind from the north or northwest of force 3 or 4 with swell, but calmer on the east, southeast and south coasts, with force 1 or 2. There will be a general swell of 1 to 2 metres with waves of 2 to 3 metres in height.

General: A cloudy start with some haze clearing during the afternoon.
