The Municipal Department of Urbanisation has ordered the owners of the half-finished hotel that stands on the coast of Acorán, in Añaza, to restore ‘urban legality’ in the area, which in legal terms means, to proceed with its demolition within the next two months.
With this last order, the administrative file opened almost two years ago is ended, with successive communications to the owners, who so far have not responded, so now the Department will be able to legally proceed with the subsidiary execution file that allows the demolition of the structure, at a cost of almost one million euros. If this is carried out by the authorities it is charged to the owners.
