The port of Santa Cruz de Tenerife retakes its role as a base port for luxury ships that make their voyages through the Canary Islands, being chosen by the Portuguese shipping company Mystic Cruises as the base for its World Voyager ship.
The 126 metre long ship arrived at 6:00am on Saturday, in what was also its first stop, berthing in the second alignment of the South Pier, the closest to the Interchange of the Link Pier. The ship arrived empty from Viana do Castelo, in Portugal, the city where the shipyard chosen for the construction and refurbishment of its ships is located, a week before its first departure today.
Unlike other occasions, in which the baggage check-in operation is carried out at the aforementioned Interchange, this time it will be made on board the ship by reserving the building on the Liaison dock for antigen testing to all passengers before they board, tests whose results will be known in just 15 minutes.
