VIDEO: Two injured as motorbike ends up wedged in back of SUV in Tenerife

A spectacular looking collision between a motorbike and a car happened on Saturday afternoon in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, when the motorcycle, which had two people on it, ended up wedged in the boot of the SUV.

The incident occurred at around 2:30pm on the TF-11 near Valleseco, in the direction of San Andrés, when the car stopped and the motorbike behind it didn’t.

The emergency services dispatched SUC medical personnel and the Local Police to the scene of the accident, and after attending to the ride and passenger of the motorbike for minor injuries, one of them was transferred by ambulance to hospital for routine observation.

The Local Police took charge of the corresponding proceedings and ensured safe passage for the rest of the traffic on the road.
