Two female drivers aged 23 and 26 years old, were injured yesterday evening (Saturday) when their cars collided in Guargacho in the south of Tenerife, according to reports from the Emergency Services Coordination Centre (CECOES).
The accident took place on the TF-652 at the junction for Costa del Silencio and Guargacho shortly before 6:30pm, and CECOES dispatched ambulances, Highway Service personnel, and the Guardia Civil to the scene after receiving a 1-1-2 emergency call.
Once there, paramedics attended to the two injured drivers, both of whom had sustained back injuries in the accident and were taken to Hospiten Sur for further treatment.
