Trip Advisor have announced their Travellers' Choice Awards, which recognize the best hotels in the world in their different categories, and this year two of the best hotels in Spain are in Tenerife. Both are found in the Costa Adeje area in the south of the island, and have received the prestigious award thanks to guests who have stayed there.
The first is Iberostar Grand El Mirador, which is ranked as the second best hotel in Spain in the 'Top 25 Hotels' ranking, and is also second on the list of ‘Best Luxury Hotel’ in Spain according to the travel portal.
The El Mirador is located on the idyllic Playa del Duque and guests highlighted the careful and romantic decor of the hotel in which its large semicircular terrace stands out, which connects it to one of the huge outdoor pools.
It is also distinguished for the quality of its food. The resort has three restaurants serving Canarian and international dishes: El Mirador restaurant, where you can enjoy show cooking; El Cenador, characterized by its colonial style; and La Pérgola, with innovative seafood recipes and fresh fish haute cuisine.
The second, from the same chain, is the Iberostar Selection Anthelia Hotel located at the foot of Fañabe Beac which, in addition to being among the 'Top 10 Hotels', is ranked as the second best 'All Inclusive' hotel in the country.
