Two men injured after car overturns on TF-1 motorway in the south of Tenerife

Two men, aged 36 and 50, were injured early yesterday morning Monday after the car they were travelling in went off the road and overturned on the TF-1 motorway as it passed through Arona in the south of Tenerife, according to the Canary Islands Emergency and Security Coordination Centre (CECOES).
CECOES received an alert at around 4:30am reporting the accident, and immediately dispatched the relevant emergency resources to the location given.
When SUC medical personnel arrived at the scene, they found that the 36-year-old man had suffered a head injury, while the 50-year-old sustained several minor injuries.
After being stabilised, both men were taken by ambulance to Hospiten Sur Hospital for further treatment.
Members of the Road Maintenance Service also attended the scene to clean and secure the area, while the Guardia Civil handled the necessary incident reports and investigations into the cause of the accident.
