Two injured in motorbike accident on TF-1 in Costa Adeje
Two people have been injured in a late-night road traffic collision on the TF-1 motorway, near San Eugenio in the municipality of Adeje in the south of Tenerife.
The incident occurred at around 11.35pm on Saturday and involved a motorbike and a passenger car. Emergency services say a 32-year-old woman sustained a head injury, while the man accompanying her suffered facial trauma. Both were travelling on the motorbike at the time of the crash.
Paramedics attended the scene and stabilised the pair before transporting them by ambulance to Hospiten Sur hospital for further treatment. Their injuries have been described as moderate.
The Guardia Civil is investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision and is overseeing the legal procedures.
