Tenerife woke up to a White Christmas Eve this morning as the highest point in Spain, Mount Teide, is adorned with snow at her summit greatly reducing the odds of snow on Christmas Day in the Canary Islands.

Residents always tell visitors of times they were in the snow at Teide in the morning and then sunbathing on the beach in the afternoon on Christmas Day, so who knows, tomorrow could be your turn!
