The players of the Costa Adeje Tenerife Egatesa women’s football team, have taken part in a spa and wellness day at Hotel Vulcano, one of the flagship resorts of the Spring Hotels chain, the main sponsor of the team, before a crucial match on Saturday.
The full squad enjoyed a complete experience, starting with time at the hotel's exclusive wellness centre and ending with a carefully curated brunch in an environment designed for relaxation and rest.
The activity formed part of the ongoing collaboration between Spring Hotels and the club, an alliance that promotes balance and well-being for the athletes away from the pitch.
The facilities at Hotel Vulcano, located in Playa de Las Americas, provided the ideal setting for a morning of team bonding and positive energy, as the players prepare for their important upcoming match against Real Betis, scheduled for this Saturday (3rd May) which kicks off at 12:00pm at the Municipal Stadium in Adeje.
Looking ahead to the fixture, player Aleksandra Zaremba said: "We are facing a team fighting to stay in the league. We want to return to winning ways, fight for sixth place, and dedicate the victory to our fans."
The players expressed their gratitude to Spring Hotels for the hospitality shown during their wellness day. Zaremba added: "It has been a very pleasant day, we bonded as a group and as a team, which is always positive. Thank you to Spring Hotels for making it such an enjoyable and rewarding experience."
Her teammate Clau Blanco also highlighted the importance of the day: "It was very helpful for us to relax. We enjoyed the excellent facilities, and the brunch was spectacular, with healthy and adapted options. It’s been a different experience that breaks the routine and helps us prepare mentally for our next home game."
The initiative, part of Spring Hotels' "Spring in Motion" programme, focuses on promoting well-being, relaxation, and gastronomy as part of a holistic approach to sports performance.
