New Friday “Afterwork Club” with pool, DJs and sunset views in south Tenerife
A fresh afterwork concept is turning heads in the south of Tenerife, offering a stylish alternative to the usual end-of-week routine. Hotel Bitácora has launched The UP! Club, a rooftop experience designed to help locals and visitors unwind in a more indulgent way.
A new way to start the weekend
Located in Playa de las Américas, the venue transforms the hotel’s rooftop into an exclusive Friday club from 6pm. Guests can swap workwear for swimwear and enjoy a relaxed yet sophisticated setting, complete with an infinity pool, panoramic views and live DJ sets as the sun goes down.
The concept is simple: finish work, head straight to the pool, and ease into the weekend with music, cocktails and a laid-back atmosphere.
More than your typical terrace
For €15, entry includes a first drink along with towel and premium sunbed service, positioning The UP! Club as a more elevated alternative to traditional terraces and bars.
Rather than sitting at a table, guests are encouraged to fully immerse themselves, whether that’s cooling off in the pool or stretching out on a sunbed while watching the sunset.
The experience is aimed at an adult crowd looking for a more refined vibe, with limited access to avoid overcrowding and maintain a high-quality atmosphere.
A growing lifestyle offering
With this launch, Hotel Bitácora continues to expand its lifestyle appeal, adding a new social hotspot to the south of the island.
The initiative also complements its existing UP! & Fun day pass concept, which will continue throughout 2026, offering daytime access to similar facilities over the weekend.
