A new €60 million luxury housing development for Amarilla Golf in San Miguel de Abona, has been unveiled by Grupo Médano making it its most ambitious project to date. The new complex, called Residencial Marina Golf Tenerife, aims to "elevate the image of Tenerife," with over 100 high-end properties.
Fernando Vega, CEO of Grupo Médano, highlighted the project’s blend of modernity and sustainability, leveraging industrialised construction methods to minimise carbon emissions and reduce build times.
He described the project as a pivotal step in establishing Tenerife as a destination that competes in quality with renowned luxury hotspots like Marbella. The development caters to a discerning clientele seeking exclusivity, combining coastal views, proximity to a golf course, and access to a marina.

The unveiling event took place at Amarilla Golf’s clubhouse, and was attended by industry leaders and local officials, including San Miguel de Abona's Urban Planning Councillor, Rafael Baute, and Tourism Councillor, Laura Paiz, who both endorsed the project, emphasising its potential to generate employment, stimulate economic growth, and position the municipality as a premium destination.
