Mobile drug lab discovered in Las Palmas: man made and sold drugs from his car
Police in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria have arrested a man who was using his car as a mobile drug laboratory and distribution point, manufacturing and selling narcotics directly from the vehicle.
According to the Local Police of Las Palmas, officers from the UE-GOIA unit uncovered the illegal operation in the Zárate neighbourhood, where they identified the suspect actively dealing crack cocaine and heroin from his car.
After observing a drug transaction, officers moved in to arrest the man and seized several quantities of illegal substances from the vehicle, which had been modified to prepare and conceal the drugs.
The investigation remains ongoing, and police are working to determine the extent of the suspect’s distribution network.
