Exclusive Michelin-Star dining comes to Arona Gran Hotel this March
On 14th March, the elegant Restaurante Jarea at the Arona Gran Hotel in Los Cristianos will host an exceptional gastronomic event as part of the sixth edition of Gastrolovers, offering guests a one-night-only tasting menu crafted by acclaimed chef Juanlu Fernández.
For this exclusive occasion, Fernández, renowned for his technical mastery and deeply rooted Andalusian influences, has created a bespoke tasting menu paired with carefully selected wines.
The experience is designed to showcase flavour, memory, and precision, characteristics that have defined his career from formative years alongside Martín Berasategui and Ángel León.
In 2017, he struck out on his own to found LÚ Cocina y Alma, where his technical mastery merges with the memories of his childhood. Today, he brings to Jarea that unique universe where haute cuisine tastefully blends Andalusian flavours with classic French techniques, a style that has earned him two Michelin stars, two Repsol Suns, and two knives at The Best Chef Awards.
