The Rural Patrol of the Guardia Civil have arrested a man for drug dealing after he was caught red-handed selling heroin to another man in the town of San Isidro in the south of Tenerife.
In the Guardia press release, they explain that the arrest took place while the agents were on a routine patrol in San Isidro, and witnessed the transaction in a public street.
It highlights how they observed the now arrested man receive cash from another person in exchange for a bag that he had concealed in his mouth, which was later found to be heroin.
The agents interrupted the sale and seized two doses of heroin with a total weight of 1.2 grams, as well as the cash that he had received for its sale; while the detainee, along with the proceedings instructed, was placed at the disposal of the acting Court of Granadilla de Abona.
