The National Police in the south of Tenerife are investigating the death of a man who jumped out of an apartment window in Costa Adeje in the early hours of yesterday morning (Sunday), according to sources from the aforementioned police force.
Apparently, and according to the three tourists who were staying in the apartment, upon entering it they "found the alleged thief stealing various objects from them, and when he saw that he had been discovered, he fled and jumped out the window".
Although the incident occurred at 3:00am when the trio came back after a night out, the dead man’s body was not found until 8:00am in the morning.
No more information about the event has been released, including the man’s age and identity as police are waiting for the results of the corresponding autopsy to determine the cause of death to shed more light on the case.
